Creator & Guide

Lucinda Homa Gray is a teacher, healer & visionary with 24 years' experience in the field of energy medicine, personal transformation, alchemical soul work, and field-building for collective healing and change. She was a teaching Reiki Master, Theta Healing teacher and Family Constellations facilitator before she started downloading & teaching Alchemy of Women in 2017. Since then she has also downloaded a Men's Program called Multidimensional Heart. Before dedicating herself to teaching and healing at 28, she worked in London as a researcher in think tanks and a freelance journalist, reporting from countries such as Iran and Iraq. She holds a First Class BA in English and French, an MA in European Social Theory both from the University of London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Geopolitics from Sciences Po Lyon, France. She is fluent in English, French, Farsi and understands German.

  • Why is it important to reclaim my body?

    AoW is an alchemical soul journey for the feminine, built from the top down. Starting at the Divine level, we traced our feminine power inversions and wounds all the way down through the collective, archetypal and ancestral to the human level, and found the entry gate was through the Gaia/witch wound. Reclaim Your Body is modeled off our understanding of that wound and how to separate yourself from it. Without reclaiming your body first, any energetic, spiritual or even body work (including yoga) that you may be doing, will only either bypass the kind of programming we address here or it will simply sit on top of it. So you will be trying to free yourself, but your body programming will still have you hooked into the existing matrix.

  • Do I need to have done any prior inner work before taking this program?

    Having knowledge of your chakras (body's energy centers), where they are located and what their purpose is would be helpful. In this program, you will work with your lower chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus and heart chakras. Having some previous experience with meditation, visualization or basic body awareness/ mindfulness and awareness of your patterns/shadow would be useful but not imperative.

  • Are there prerequisites for Reclaim Your Body?

    Reclaim Your Body is intended to be an entry-level program, accessible to any woman wanting to start the process of drawing her intrinsic resources back to herself. It is the first step onto the AoW Homecoming Journey, so it is a prerequisite for This Magical Self, the main program in this Portal.

  • What makes Reclaim Your Body different from the other programs?

    Reclaim Your Body is the first program where Lucinda herself energetically interacts with the student, providing reference points and access to healing energies as if they were in a session together. All the other AoW programs were downloaded through Lucinda but do not directly involve her. In this sense, it is a more intimate program as you are introduced to Lucinda and her energetic sources.

  • Are there any contraindications or recommendations for Reclaim Your Body?

    It is recommended you be clean from any substances when you sit down to do this program. These include drugs, alcohol, caffeine, plant medicines. If you want to reinforce the container for your journey, you can download Alchemize Your Space and set up a specific alchemized space to work in first, but this is not a requirement.

  • What do I do after Reclaim Your Body?

    If you want to continue deeper into the Homecoming Portal, you step into This Magical Self, a breakthrough feminine wound healing journey.
