Testimonials

“Working with Lucinda has been transformative. Through the Wound Mapping session, I finally understood the deeper patterns that have shaped so much of my life. Discovering my Gaia wound gave me language for the ways I had sought belonging through carrying others, while the Free Freyja work helped me reconnect with my own voice and better understand what I maybe didn’t fully have words for. For the first time, I could separate who I truly am from the survival patterns I had mistaken for my identity. It's been refreshing to notice that shift already showing up in my day-to-day life and interactions, and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, even though I know there's still a lot of work ahead. The gradual process of letting go of the wounded identity I've built over so many years is challenging, but incredibly rewarding. It hasn't always been easy, but it has been deeply liberating. Lucinda has a real ability to hold space with both compassion and honesty, which helped guide me toward insights that are deeply personal and profoundly clarifying. My journey to understand how I’m feeling and what I’m going through - on a deeper level through this work - is something I can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you, Lu. xo”

“It was very transformative for me. I was able to uncover some wounds I had that could affect my daily decisions and cause me to have very strong reactions to certain things. In this session, with Lucinda's help, I was able to discover them, go through them and heal them at the same time. This was very effective in my daily life. I have two children and I am going through a lot. So this new source of information that Lucinda has is very beneficial for the community. It can definitely help in this way to level up, and have a better and more peaceful life. ”
