  • Have you learned to become different versions of yourself for different people or situations? Do you perform, conceal, or manipulate to protect yourself? And no longer know what is truly yours?

  • Have you made control more important than freedom? Does surrendering to life feel unsafe? Have you become cynical, guarded, or unable to trust?

  • Have you used your body for escape, control, punishment, or validation? Through addiction, self-medication, self-harm, dissociation, or self-objectification? And now struggle to feel safe and stable in your body?

  • Do you repeatedly take the role of the wronged one in relationships or at work? Does this protect you from fully claiming your own power? And leave you feeling unseen or undervalued?

These are not patterns you can simply fix. They are the architecture of an identity shaped by your wounds. Are you willing to surrender that identity so your wounded self can die?

Only then can you return to what is true in you. This is the AoW journey of Return.

Begin with a Wound Mapping Session

You have parts protecting the wounded self. But when does protection become perpetuation?

Classical trauma healing helps you live more safely within the wounded self. Alchemical wound healing asks you to surrender the identity the wound created, so your sovereign self can return. One teaches you to carry the wound. The other asks what must die so you no longer have to. Which path are you choosing?

  • Keep managing the wound. Become better at regulating it, understanding it, and living around it. Or surrender the structure built around it.

  • Let your protectors keep choosing for you. Control. Avoidance. Perfectionism. People-pleasing. The need to be needed. Or discover who you are without them.

  • Choose what feels safe because it is familiar. Even when it keeps you small. Or risk the freedom you say you want.

  • Keep seeking love, belonging, approval, or validation outside yourself. Or become willing to choose from within.

  • Keep understanding why you are the way you are. Or ask what you are now willing to change.

  • Protect yourself from feeling what you know is painful. Or become present enough to let the wound complete its work.

  • Remain loyal to the identity your wounds created. Or surrender the identity that can no longer take you where you need to go.

  • Become better at being the woman you had to become. Or return to the woman you were always meant to be..

What becomes possible when you are no longer living from the wounded self?

All of a sudden, you stop adapting and start creating.

  • In love: You stop choosing a partner for security, status, validation, or fear of being alone. You choose relationship as a place for truth, intimacy, and mutual sovereignty.

  • In your work: You stop working to prove your worth or fulfill someone else’s expectations. You create from what you know, what you love, and what you are here to bring.

  • In belonging: You stop adapting yourself to gain acceptance or a place within the group. You belong without abandoning yourself.

  • In approval: You stop looking outside yourself to know that you are enough, wanted, needed, or worthy. You trust your own knowing.

  • In your desires: You stop overriding what you want to remain acceptable, needed, or safe. You allow yourself to know what you want and choose it.

  • In identity: You stop becoming whoever you need to be for the people around you. You become coherent. Let one woman emerge.

  • In control: You stop organizing your life around avoiding uncertainty, risk, and fear. You meet the unknown without abandoning yourself.

  • In your body: You stop controlling, escaping, suppressing, or performing through your body. You let your body become a source of knowing, presence, and creation.

  • In your power: You stop giving your authority away through dependence, blame, or victimhood. You take responsibility for your creative power.

  • In creation: Stop adapting to the world as it is. Begin creating from what you know.

You stop living the life you learned to survive. You begin creating the life you came here to live.

This is your soul medicine embodied. Your knowing field reclaimed. Your inner creation power returned.

    Book a single Wound Mapping session with Lucinda, online or in person, for an in-depth reading of your wound profile. You will see the operating systems beneath your patterns, understand what is shaping your choices, and gain clarity on the wound healing path that is yours to take. From here, you can continue into personalised Wound Healing sessions with Lucinda.

  • Alchemical Wound Healing Deck + Book

    Learn the language of the wounds and begin working with them yourself. The Alchemical Wound Healing Book maps the 11 feminine wound lineages and 5 masculine lineages, giving you a framework for recognising the wounds at work in your life. The accompanying deck gives you a way to work directly with these lineages as you move through your own healing.

  • Field Programs

    Enter the field and begin the deeper return. You can enter directly through Free Freyja or Reclaim Your Body, then continue into ReLearning Zone I & II. Or begin with personalised Wound Mapping and Healing Sessions. Lucinda can help you identify where you are in the process and when you are ready to enter the programs.

Creator & Guide

Lucinda Homa Gray is the Creator + Guide of Alchemy of Women and the originator of Alchemical Wound Mapping & Healing (AoW). She brings 26 years of experience in energy healing, systemic and parts-based work, teaching, writing, research, and cultural inquiry. Lucinda holds a First-Class Honours BA in English and French from Queen Mary University of London, a Diploma in International Politics from Sciences Po Lyon, and an M.A. in European Social Theory from University College London. Before moving fully into healing and field work, she worked as a researcher in London on refugee integration, social inclusion, influencers, and digital culture, followed by several years as a journalist and cultural writer, publishing in The Times, The Guardian, New Internationalist, and other publications. Her healing practice began with Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, followed by Theta Healing and Family Constellations training with Lisa Iversen. She has taught Reiki and Theta Healing and facilitated women's Constellation Circles in British Columbia and Seattle. In 2023 to 2024, she undertook intensive IFS study with IFS Trainer and Consultant Sarah Jarvis. Since 2017, Lucinda has devoted herself to creating, teaching, and field-building within Alchemy of Women. AoW has emerged from this 26-year inquiry into the deeper structures that organize human experience. At the core of her work is client sovereignty. Lucinda holds the structure and integrity of the field while the client remains the authority on their own experience and transformation. Lucinda is the author of the forthcoming book 'Alchemical Wound Healing: Rebirthing the Origins of Creation' Languages: English, French, Farsi and basic German.

Your questions answered...

  • Do I need any prior experience to go on this journey?

    If a woman has faced a choice point or hit a ceiling in her life/work/ pattern of relationships, and decided to allow the old self to die, then she is ready for this journey. beginning with wound healing. If she has already done therapy and built within skills of self-observation, awareness and responsibility she will have a good foundation to receive the transformation and expansion made possible through this work.

  • Will I need to make any lifestyle changes to go on this journey?

    Yes. If you regularly consume caffeine and/or alcohol (and recreational drugs or plant medicine), you will need to stop for the duration of the program. As noted by previous students, consuming these substances inhibits an initiate's sensitivity levels when receiving the energetic initiations and upgrades.

  • Can I combine spiritual practices?

    Alchemy moves you beyond spiritual modalities or belief systems, and into the structural layer of reality where sovereignty, source and returning to the cycle of creation are the main goals.

  • Can other modalities or practices support the integration of the AoW work?

    Yes. Counseling, therapy or body-based practices like acupuncture or Reiki may be helpful for integration after big internal shifts!

  • How do I graduate the Homecoming Portal to qualify for the Ascension Portal?

    You enter through wound healing work, learning how to use the deck either through sessions with Lucinda or on your own reading the book. Then you enter the field programs, beginning with Free Freyja and Reclaim Your Body, then proceeding to ReLearning Zone I & II.

  • What comes after the AoW Homecoming Portal?

    After the Homecoming Portal, you may choose to do a Magical Self Intensive with Lucinda. This process triggers a Soul Lineage Death to prepare you to live more through your soul's medicine, rather than wound. You next step is the Ascension Portal, which Lucinda will recommend to you when you are ready.

  • My male partner is interested doing wound healing work. Is that an option?

    Yes. He can book into a wound mapping session using the same link, and proceed with wound healing work in the same way. The book also maps the masculine wounds.
